Session 7: Into Chaos

Overview

We awake on a floating rock in the realm of chaos. We hop onto a platform with a large dust devil. We find out in the center of it that Analace, and Karn (Not Warren he's dead), are summoning or performing some ritual on a dead little girl. The ritual completes and a humanoid young woman appears after the flower bulb is incarcerated by the powerful mage Eldon's firebolt. Analace calls her Serah. Analace and Serah get beamed up using sand technology. We notice the plane of chaos appears to be disappearing and the stones are dissolving. We run out of the plane.

Herald meets us outside and thinks we are the ones causing this chaos, he even thinks we caused the events in avafaire some 300 years ago (I think this was retracted by the DM). Herald then calms down when Litianya tells him to take a chill pill. We walk outside try to rest and get snuck up on by some hooded figures. They cut us up something fierce. We found subtly magical coins on them. Ralis has one as well and reveals that he wants to end the lives of the creatures that have the coins because they killed his family, those bastards.

After dispatching those enemies we walk towards Mirstone and saw some smoke in the distance.

Some soldiers were hanging around on our way to Mirstone and we asked them about the smoke. They said it was a bunch of golbins that were attacking them. They said they had it under control. We decided to move on toward the city. In Mirstone we bought / sold many items and ended the session there.

• We obtained two cloaks of minor stealth from the bad guys which had some magical coins in them.
• The four coins have an enchantment that allows someone to track and find them individually.
